The tests are not scientific, psychological, or professional assessments, and results do not guarantee compatibility, relationship success, or happiness.
The system’s algorithms are internally developed and may change or improve at any time without prior notice.
Users are solely responsible for any personal or emotional decisions made through Ta’aluf.
The app and all related services are provided “as is,” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or performance.

We do not verify or endorse any user, message, or uploaded content.
Users acknowledge they use the platform at their own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ta’aluf bears no responsibility for any outcomes, misunderstandings, or issues arising from use of the platform or its features.
We reserve the right to block, suspend, or delete any account at our discretion for any violation, without notice or refund.

Users must be 18 years or older and use the platform only for marriage-related purposes.
Users are expected to provide truthful information and act respectfully, consistent with Islamic morals.
Users must not:
- Upload sexual, violent, or political material, or celebrity images.
- Harass, insult, or exploit others.
- Request or share personal contact information prematurely.
- Use bots, scraping tools, or automation.
- Attempt to hack, copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse the system.
Users are solely responsible for content they upload or send.

All communication must remain respectful, modest, and marriage-appropriate.
Nudity, sexual talk, harassment, political or violent content are strictly forbidden.
Users violating these rules may be blocked or deleted permanently without refund or prior notice.
Ta’aluf may, at its discretion, remove or delete any messages, images, or content that violate its rules or appear inappropriate.
Reported messages or images may be reviewed at our discretion by moderators to confirm compliance with our community rules.
Users may block or report others at any time.
All moderation, suspension, and deletion decisions by Ta’aluf are final.

The service is offered “as available” with no uptime guarantee.
We may modify, suspend, or terminate any feature, pricing plan, or algorithm at any time without prior notice or liability.
Ta’aluf may update these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Refund Policy without prior notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant Ta’aluf a limited, royalty-free license to store and display it within the platform.
All logos, trademarks, and design elements are property of Altasalsul Almantiqi and may not be copied or reused.

Examples of violations include, but are not limited to:
- Uploading sexual, violent, political, or misleading content.
- Harassing or impersonating others.
- Using the app for dating or non-marriage purposes.
- Attempting to share or solicit contact details outside the platform.
Ta’aluf reserves the right to delete violating content and permanently ban users.
Violating users forfeit any right to complain, dispute, or demand refunds.

By registering or continuing to use Ta’aluf, users agree to all Terms, Policies, and future updates.
All operations and moderation actions are guided by Saudi regulations and Islamic values, where applicable.
Users understand that Ta’aluf provides only a platform and is not involved in users’ personal relationships or decisions.
Users waive any right to claim refunds or damages related to matches, content, or moderation actions, except where prohibited by law.
Any claims or disputes must be brought exclusively before the competent courts in Saudi Arabia, and users waive any right to participate in collective or class actions
